That dog who growls at you
the pain gnawing at your heart
the silent mate
arguing client
meowing cat…
All swim inside the circle of you.
They materialize
exactly when the Beloved ordains,
so they may most serve you.
Each is a seed,
at first appearing as little but a nub
but once watered
and warmed,
it sprouts and grows into something new:
a green-leafed stem
then a closed blossom
and finally the unfolded rose.
And yet always just you,
the you who is the whole universe,
the you that is everything
so that nothing is out of place
no extra puzzle pieces in the box
all perfectly existing for you
here
now
to expand you like a galaxy
forever great, unfathomable,
in your
vast
existence.
This,
the one
whole
reality
of
God.

Beautiful poem! Reminded me (that I desperately needed) that not only is God in me, but that I’m in God.
Thank you, Jazzy. Your comment led to some interesting contemplation for me. It is so true what you say, and really does show the Oneness of All.
Thank you Lesley, this is just perfect for me right now. So many seemingly challenging situations swimming around the circle of me. Yet, when viewed as perfectly ordained seeds for my enfoldment, something releases within and gratitude and joy well up. Thank you!
Exactly the same for me, Chloe. What a wonderful process it is, moving from resistance to gratitude to freedom over and over again, all leading to pure surrender. Thank you.
This message of always becoming greater warms my heart. Beautiful!
Thank you, Helen. Me too. I love the beautiful flights of greatness our Master offers us.
“all perfectly existing for you” Yes and thanks Lesley!
Thank you, Andre. yes, that quote really hit me when it came through. Grateful!
Thank you Lesley; It is so nice to read your words very comforting and true. I’ve been off FB for awhile working on being in the now and dealing with life realities, so I have missed you—John
I’ve missed you too, John. So happy you checked in here and that you enjoyed the poem. I have been taking more time for the inner journey as well, so not as many posts. Glad to hear you’re taking care of yourself.
How lovely to find this warm and heartfilled poem of yours, Lesley. I have been isolated a lot during this pandemic, with my Beloved. This felt like His arms wrapping themelves around me. Your work.just expands and grows into.greater Love and spiritual awareness. Thank.you for being there, being You. 💞💖💓
