Very lovely. I thought of the simplicity of simply inhaling and exhaling Shabda through our inner eye.
It does keep reducing to more simple and more basic while at same time expanding formlessness that for which words are inadequate

As soon as I read this post, the vision came into my consciousness that each cell is as you say a micro of the macro and that in this case the macro is the physical body. It is said that each cell is a independent being capable of living on its own and that it is not aware that it is a part of a larger being which is the human body. In a sense it is asleep to the fact that it really is a part of a larger being the same as most people see themselves as independent beings living completely apart from other human beings. Taking that a step further to conclusion, it is the same as our lower selves are asleep to the fact that our true essence as soul is but a drop of a larger being, the ocean of pure consciousness or God! Once we awaken to this truth it does allow us as you say to be able to,” Each moment I practice ease of movement, inner and outer, with my Beloved, the source of the macro! How profound your writing is, truly a channeling of our Beloved!
Michael, I am happy to see that the meaning of this came through. I wrote it and later read it and thought, “This is so cryptic!” But you and others tuned right into it. Your elucidation of it is just the teaching that I received from it. The poem reminds me of the importance of the Now and doing all in His name. All. Thank you!
