The Beloved allows us to be.
No pushing, no force
those are of the mind.
The divine Power offers all with an open palm
encourages us to unwrap the next gift
but with no pressure.
As the Beloved of my micro
I can do so as well.
I can allow these lower bodies
physical, emotional, mental
to be what they are
not trying to force
them into a new state.
And I can allow the same
with the blessed souls who
surround me.
I let them be
while I commune
with the Sound.
I step in when necessary, nurture, love
but no pushing or force.
All will come along
in their own perfect time.
Happy New Year, dear readers. Thank you for giving this blog your precious attention, for your comments and love.
Lovely, Lesley.
Such a soft perception
of love’s truth to begin
this new year.
thank you
Thank you, Sheila, for your friendship and beautiful additions to this blog.
What a gentle way to start the New Year! Thank you Soul sista for your beautiful presence and Shabda-filled love! I feel so blessed to share some of this life with you!
Thank you, dear Debra, for your presence and love. I’m so enjoying getting to know you and look forward to more Shabda friendship.
Discrimination, Detachment, Attitude and Attention…fundamental simplicity as vanguards in Love! Baraka Bashad Lesley…your steadfast efforts in His Nam are intimately appreciated.
As are yours, Bobby. I appreciate your keen insight and eloquence in steadfastly expressing the Shabda.
Thank you for your lovely thoughts.
May your journey in 2015 be filled with joy.
Thank you, Sherida. I’m happy we are still in touch, and may you have a wonder-filled 2015.
A perfect reminder dovetailing with my own reflection last night, of helping Mind to let go the need to be in control of the details of my work days, as it has learned to let go of the larger pattern of my life. Thank you for the outflow.
Thank you, Niki, beautifully said, and thank you for all your beautiful online sharing.
Lao Tsu admonishes us to be like the grass in the wind with our lives. No pushing, no resistance, just flowing and letting flow. This is the feeling I get with your poem, Lesley. I know well the theory of letting the lower bodies be what they are, but the practice of letting them work out while I’m busy in the attic comes slowly for me. Your gentle reminder is a sweet nudge rather than the swift kick I usually apply, and it feels much better. 🙂
Thank you for sharing your insight and your talent with us. I look forward to a lesson-filled 2015. Thanks for your contribution to that matrix.
What a beautiful image is that flowing grass, Rudy. Thank you! I am happy this poem feels that way, and I give all credit to the Beloved. Truly, I dictated this one with very few changes made. We are so blessed with the guidance we receive on the inner and outer. And thank you for all the love and insight you share here and beyond.
I remember a morning years ago, I was walking and contemplating when I felt directed to look at the power lines overhead. The message that came to me was that when mankind needs power, he must harness something and force it to give of itself — the mule, the ox, or coal, gasoline, even water — in hydro-electric dams. With the Beloved, the power is simply there and in the kind of abundance mankind can only dream of.
So true, Rudy. As I learn to relax in the Love, I find that all is right here, right now. It is such a relief!
“The divine Power offers all with an open palm”, gives me a feeling of wanting to open to that divine power within. So much depth described with so few words. A feeling of more between the lines. Thank you.
Thank you, Theresa. I am happy that the message in this is showing its many layers to you as it did to me when it came through.
Happy New Year Lesley,
I just love the title and message you have shared with us in this post. This truth and blessing of how the Beloved just through his love, allows us to be without any pushing or force, is one of the 25 characteristics of a True Sat Guru! It was so wonderful how you then brought that love and freedom down into our own microcosm of our 5 body composite! Before Masterpath, all I did was to try pushing and forcing my own will on reality and now what a blessing it is to just let go and let the Master direct my life. Finally I enjoyed how you took it one step more and channeled this love to other beings and accepting therm just as they are in consciousness. Such a beautiful channeling to begin the New Year, thank you my friend!
What a beautiful expansion on this poem, Michael. Thank you for the inspiration you always bring to these pages.
