   Hi Lesley, I just love those words you shared about rising at dawn! I know I told you that that I have been starting my day at 5:00 am and working in the garden as the sun begins to rise in the Eastern city sky. This morning it was cool and quiet and I tilled the Earth as i contemplated on the Master and it was a mediation in motion, one of love for all things, yes another day of loving! What a joy it is to begin our day at this special time when the Master says the Shabda is so powerful.Thank you for sharing all that you do on this gift called your blog.

     Michael, Thank you for the lovely picture you painted of your morning. I too cherish the early “golden” hours. I open the window and smell the dew, do my spiritual practice and then some stretching that helps extend my practice into my physical body. When I finish this I am ready to bring all the great spiritual power into my day to transform my life. Such a beautiful process. Blessings to you, dear friend.
